Well let's see... The more interactive the better. Snow sport folks like exploring stuff and doing things. Don't bore them with outdated pictures of people in neon 215 length skis in one piece fashion wear. Have video clips of events and races. This will keep people at the site longer. Oh ya... register for free stuff. Everyone likes free stuff, even if it's a bumper sticker and a water bottle with your logo on them. Cross link with other sites that will benefit from your promotion.
