    Revitalizing GOre Tex

I know tech talk but this is quick, is there anything that can revitalize gore tex's waterproofing qualities for say a rain coat and breathable waders, both of wich have lost their total water proofness?
Its not that I suck at spelling, its that I just don't care

Wash the washing machine out by running a hot cycle without soap.

Put said goretex in on low temp cycle. NO SOAP!

    Tumble dry.

It's normally the dirt in the pores of goretex that cause it to lose waterprooofnesss

Of course I could be lying

I use Nikwax and that seemed to work okay but it's a bit stanky.

Guess what? There's a thread in tech talk with THIS EXACT SAME TITLE. If you're looking for a quick answer, how about using the search function? Stop being such a lazy bastard.
