    skin size?

    103-66-88

    what skin size?

    110 and cut down?

    65 for better glide?

oviously not going to be for powder days but for quick skins to scout lines, light skiing, and possibly some longer tours

find the best deal you can 90 and up. no need to go any bigger than 105, you dont want skin on your edges so you will be cutting at least a few mm off even with 105's.

I usually try to come close to tail dimensions and cut for some of the waist.

100mm if you want to go fat and cut down. If all you need to go up is about a 25 degree slope or less then you can go narrow. Anything steeper and yo uwill be doing too many switch backs. I also think it depends on the length. If the ski is short, then you will need to go fat on the skin. the more surface area you get, the more you stick/slide, depending on how much is covered by the skin.

Also a big fan of wall to wall, the change in glide (read drag while stepping uphill is very minimal except on nearly flat terrain where you can kick and glide a long way. I also hate sliding backwards with a passion...
