Granite Gear Lutsen Mitts. Supposed to be the warmest mittens made, hopefully they'll end my serious cold hands related issues.

And hopefully some body armor, CrashPads Shorts, and a 661 Race Jacket. I have a feeling those may come in handy at the Utah Mini.

This winter is more about saving up dough and reworking the entire outfit/quiver next summer.

Well, I went into the local shop (ZJ Boarding--same place yogachik has VIP privs) and fondled the new snowboarding boots. Does that count?

Keep in mind it was like a bazillion degrees hot by the beach here, with hot chickies galavanting about in bikini tops, and the shop's displays are still surf-centric.

Picked up a pair of Fischer 10.6s today. I've been oggling this pair since spring and they reduced them to my price point, so psyched! Especially since I had almost lost hope and was preparing to pay retail, and the GF was ragging me for pulling into the shop for the umpteenth time. These babys were meant to be mine!!!

I might have to upgrade my Lazers to G-Rides for these bad boys.
