Maybe we should send that link to Gaperski to get a detailed analysis of his technique. I don't think that guy broke level 7, especially with his overuse of slideslipping. Obviously an indicator of weak ankles and stiffness in the lower body leading to poor turn initation.

To bad they didn't have a helmet cam on the guy that won in Snowbird. That would have been something.
A lot of people earn their turns. Some just get bigger checks.

    praise jahbuddahchristallah that was GREAT!!!

No speakers at work which I think added to the effect. I gasped as he dropped each cliff and smiled at the face shot.

    THANK YOU!!!!!

Hey, that is Brendan. I shared an office with his brother for the last couple of years. I remember seeing that vid a while back it is so cool. It is funny because he was in Switzerland for a year on CO-op between his 3 and 4 year of engineering and he just decided on a whim to enter a bunch of freeride contests. He doesn't even have a major sponsor. He is a super wicked guy, understated and humble.
Recently overheard: "Hey Ralph, what were you drinking that time that you set your face on fire?"

I wanna ski like that.... As for the gaperski idea, you are forgetting about the straight airs, I mean if Seth says straight air is boring, it's gotta go.

That first air definately had some pucker factor going. The landing looked like a dash of snow amongst rocks.
