I wonder when this record will get to where it can't be broken (whilst living to tell about it.)

I heard he was going for a line on the right where there is a pool at about 80 feet, but missed his line and just went for it.

" I knew if I landed headfirst I would have a kayak shoved up my ass, so I just paddle all the way down to make sure I could enter the froth correctly."

I would like to see your point of view but I can't get my head that far up your ass.

Indeed, the correct way to enter the froth:

This thing is starting to look more and more like that Jamie Pierre stunt. The perfect feature for a huck, ideal conditions, head first into the record books. Now stay tuned for the jesus-freak business to begin.

Awesome thread on Boatertalk with all sorts of big drop runners chiming in. First interesting thread on that site in months. Too bad it will soon scroll off the front page and disappear forever on that POS website.

Is that the thread where everyone is trying to out nerd each other arguing entrance velocity calculations?
I should probably change my username to IReallyDon'tTeleMuchAnymoreDave.

Yes, but it's also a thread where a bunch of people who would have some idea of what running 100+ footer entails have interesting (and not necessarily positive) things to say: tao, tyler bradt, clay wright, lane jacobs, darin mcquoid, charlie center, etc. And me, of course.
