Tahoe Ski Area with decent wind protection

High winds at Alpine and Squaw have closed down half or more of their lifts. Does anybody have any suggestions of a generally more protected mountain in this area than Alpine and Squaw?

    Thanks

In any case, if you're ever really in this situation make sure you at least bargain in a couple of fluffers.

Apparently Sierra stays open most of the time, but I've been making the trip to Kirkwood and crossing my fingers something will open.
