    I'm drowning in stoke

The past two days, I've watched 3 ski movies. 666 has been posting those recockulous threads from NZ. All this forced me to put together a couple of lyrical pictorials which just made it worse.

To add to the insanity, I just checked the mail. In that nice little box were letters from Kirkwood and the Ghettos. Can't afford the Alpine pass, but in the Kirkwood letter was the confirmation for my pass!!!!!

And on the good ol' cd player is some Maceo Parker right now.

    My heart's ready to explode.

Oh I almost forgot to mention. It's thundering and puking rain outside right now. Just a few degrees cooler...

With ya Arty, so far in August I've gotten a mid-week Castle pass, confirmation on my RCR pass, a box of goodies from TGR incl High Life (which has been viewed about 14 times), picked up two more pairs of CMH's from mntlion, recieved a package from md9 with some new(to me) bindings in it, got the new powder in my hands and drooled over your poetic posts - ski beavers aussie post - 666 nz post - etc.
    need snow now.

Sorry for posting the pics....I did feel a little guilty doing that but I do know that I love seeing TR's while I'm at work.

as for Maceo Parker....the laser in my cd players don't recognize those cds.

The Mystic post combined with 666's & the 'pssst it''s coming' made it worthwhile turning up to work this week.

Going fishing with my 2 bro's and a skiing bud in the Scottish highlands tomorrow. AKPM style TR to follow......

I'm watching 'Mind the Addiction' on DVD last night, watching the helmet cam, the interviews, then the movie.

Settled in, beer, chili, dog, then the damn dvd player starts to freeze up and skip. Check the dvd, no scratches.

Time for a new player I guess

That doesn' t make sense. Hey waitaminute...could you be insulting my musical taste? I used to work in an indie record store you know. That makes me the ultimate music authority. Thus my opinion is like the word of god.
