Ski Lease in Tahoe (North Shore)

If anyone's looking for a spot in a ski lease in Tahoe, on the North Shore, friends of mine just got one and are looking for two more members. They are all fun, strong riders, late 20's to late 30's. I'm sure'd they'd even dress up as pirates and say ARRRRR! if you asked nicely. lph, Walter Sobchack and Arty can vouch for a couple of these folks as well. I haven't seen the place, but I'm sure it's a nice one.

$900 for 5 month ski lease
Super cool people, steam sauna, 5 bedrooms—2 more people welcome

Us:
We’re a laid back group of mid 20’s to 30’s professionals with a superb 5 month ski lease. So far we have 3 guys and 6 ladies, a mix of boarders and skiers of all levels. We enjoy a good après ski happy hour and the occasional night on the town, but often will be found chillin’ out after a fat meal watching a movie and recharging for the next day of sliding. There will be doggie visitors, but we are sorry we cannot accommodate any more pets.

The House:
This is a great roomy house in Tahoe Donner—details below—that sleeps 12 with a pullout sofa, but we will have 10 members (actually 10+ as two people are halfsies).

You:
Lucky for you, we have room for two more! We’re looking for outgoing, responsible, considerate, fun folks who want to share this space with us.

The Goods:
• 5 months---starts December 12th through May 11th (end date TBD EXACTLY)
• NEW YEARS!
• 5 bedrooms
• 2 1/2 baths
• Wood Burning Stove
• Lots of light...big windows!
• DVD-VCR-Stereo
• Dishwasher-Microwave
• 1 car GARAGE
• LOTS OF ADDITIONAL PARKING!
• Warm & Cozy
• A STEAM SAUNA!!!!

The Money:
Total rent for the season is $900. Extras will be about $326 including housekeeper, firewood, phone, cable, gas, electric, water, snowplow, household items, etc. This total will be reduced with guest fees. Total deposit will be $226, which you will get back unless there are damages. Right now we are asking $400 up front for the deposit and to secure your spot. We will need the balance of $1052 on November 7th. Start Praying for Powder!

watersnowdirt are you in the bay area? where is the house? i was in dollar point (just past safewy in tahoe city) last year, but this year was shooting for truckee, tahoe donner, or alpine/squaw.

If you read WSD's message carefully, she is not actually in that house. It's some friends of hers.

WSD has a free place to crash in SLT and a pass at KW. (courtesy of her big brother to whom she should be eternally grateful)
