XDCAM is a format, not a specific camera. Tell us what model camera you have and maybe we can help. I mean, size is the main factor here and I have no idea how big your camera is.

Looks a little smaller than the FX1. I would suggest the Dakine Reload pack. http://dakine.com/ski/packs/photo/reload/ They are BIG and bulky which sucks for lift riding, but the inside is customizable. You could easily fit all your camera gear. The only thing I would be concerned about would be the blade of the shovel, but I think it will fit in the front vip pocket if it isn't a monster blade.
