    I miss Philly because....

    ....of R5 Productions. This crew brings in so many cool underground, indie, punk, hip-hop, whateva shows to Philly. Damn I miss their shows. Check out their showlists....lots of mp3's here so you might find something new:

    Hey, schweet. Thanks for the link; non-interweb savvy guy that I am I had just been checking Philly Weekly. This is way better.

    I don't miss Philly at all, because I just moved back down for school and have spent the last 4 days sweating my nuts off moving into and fixing up my new, palatial studio at 16th and Spruce. But I saw a great show at the North Star on Sunday night: Martin Luther (of the Roots) with Cody Chestnutt, and the rest of the Roots crew in the audience. Amazing show, and about 40 people in the joint.

    The live music is the best thing about Philly, I think.

    Obviously, any night at the club is topped off with a stop at the Wawa and a hardcore tastykake sesh.
