Alpine Meadows has a $199 unrestricted pass for ages 13-22 if you buy before 10/1...Originally posted by freshies
wha???? pls explain.....mid-week, group-deal thingy? i have been a pass holder at AM for 5 yrs, and always suck it up and buy the full pass as i like to hit it w/e's as well, use summit 6 as a back-country yo-yo, and also spend all xmas holiday in truckee, so usually buy full pass @ $900 prior to 10/1.
but $200!!?? please do tell good sir.
Crystal =5.39+50 hours a week
That's prolly my plan this year. I hate getting up at the break o' dawn to get decent tracks at the resort. I can sleep in and get freshies all day when I hike for it. Just gotta get my crew committed and avy savy.Originally posted by iskibc
$0. Skinning it. No lift lines. No tracked up runs, ever. No parking fees. No tourists to deal with. No fancy lodges or restaurants. No crowds.
I love it.

Is there a more expensive Season Pass than Jackson Hole? Damn their season pass is expensive - never been there, but I guess you get what you pay for.

$399 for ASC Silver pass
Still thinking about the Alta Powder Card ($370 for 10 days)
just pulled the trigger on the Alpine full season pass: $900 and change.......you would think that they would offer some sort of locals discount, or if you have beena pass holder 6+ yrs some sort of break.....but still cheaper than a full Squaw pass....but damn, looking at what everyone else pays across the west, Tahoe (besides KWeed) in general has expensive passes.....
oh well, come mid-Dec and the first Sierra mega-dumps roll in I won't be complaining.....but its painful in Aug. to pay that w/no immeadiate satisfaction for months to come.....
if I bought it 3 monthes ago-350
if I buy it in the next month-710
sonavabitch. this hurts me physically.
and 250 for my mission pass

Turning is for when things get in your way ||
$349 - CO pass w/10 days at (East) Vail
$540 - Mt. Baker college pass
Whistler pass if I find money somehow.
Resort employee uniform from a secondhand shop in town = $22.78
First chair = Free.
W/B student pass $359+7%CDN. Not valid dec 27-30, otherwise unlimited.
FYI for other w/b maggots, prices are not going up for any passes this year, and there's new passholder "perks".
So I take it you'll be moving to the northwest sometime this year?Originally posted by funkendrenchman

Verbier plus 4-vallee season will be around 900 US $. But my wife will have a 30% discount and my kids a 70% discount. This means a lot for my wallet. Wonder wheather you have similar family discounts in US. Italy has almost none.
