Still skeptical... Understandable. I would recommend using the Ebay offer, it's the easiest and best if you do not use a "free" email account (hotmail, yahoo, etc.) At any rate, check out this link: http://www.freeipodguide.com. It does a great job of breaking down the offer and even informs you just how Gratis Internet is making its money off of this deal.

it's gonna dump a bunch of adware/spyware on your computer. if you have a "play" pc, or one you were planning on getting rid of soon. do it.
