    Painting with light.

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

I picked up the Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens. Wow so this is what good glass can do, the colours and sharpness are really impressive compared to my other cheap lenses.

I'm working (very slowly) on putting together photo book based on the airshows that i went to last year and thought this one of the Blue Angels at MCAS Miramar is definitely going in the book.

We watched this female bunny reject advances from the horny male bunny over and over again on the lawn of the Field Museum in Chicago. Finally took the camera out and snapped this.

    Score!!

Here's a teaser image from the second part of my [ame="http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=199104"]"What I did on my summer vacation"[/ame] report. Don't worry, the second one won't have nearly as many images in it.
