    There is no way that GW is a stooge. He might not be a genius and you might not agree with what he does but you are way off on how humans interact with each other. There is absolutey no way that someone with a lot of money would give his money to a complete idiot. Further, there is no way he would be able to attract good people around him at all.
    Well, stooges are chosen to do what they're told. And GW seems to be doing just fine in the eyes of Bectel and Haliburton. Therefore, I must misunderstand the situation. Thanks for clearing that up.

    I keep seeing this point about how people with lots of money wouldn't give their money to idiots. I think you are overestimating the intelligence of rich people. Having large amounts of money doesn't make them experts on anything other than the field they made their money in.

    As for attracting good people...are you kidding? Those people are only there because they get to pull the strings that benefit them. Look at their backgrounds.

    A little tangent...but has anyone read the article in fortune this issue about George Soros and his views on the current admin/policies? It's interesting to see someone who has made billions on economic and political breakdowns worldwide speak so negatively on our current situation.
