I NEED HELP - SKI DEFLECTION

I'm a junior at RHIT, it's a great undergraduate engineering school. I'm mechanical engineer doing an experiment measuring the force deflection of my skis. To describe it simply, i'm setting a ski across two tables and putting weight on it in the middle and seeing how far it flexes.

-DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW FAR (on average) A SKI WILL FLEX/DEFLECT LONGITUDINALLY BEFORE IT BREAKS OR DAMAGE IS DONE TO IT?

I've spent hours researching this on the internet and i can't seem to get any info on the subject.

I'm planning on using my skis for the experiment:
    -184 cm Volkl Mantra
    -177 cm Fischer Kehua

    ANY INFO WILL HELP!

Search function. Someone here did this exact same thing, as I recall with about 8,383,413 different kinds of skis.
