Question P18 vs Rossi Axial2 200 hole patterns

I have no doubt that this has been asked countless times before (so flame away), but how similar are the hole patters for these bindings? Have some skis drilled for p18s and may have a line on the Rossis for cheap. Will be mounting for the same BSL so it would be good to know whether this is feasible. Obviously it would be ideal if I could just use the same holes but nothing in life is that simple is it?

It's actually pretty simple. The toe holes are the same, and the heel patterns are way diff. so there's no conflict with the heels. You just need to drill out the 4 heel holes for the Axial2 200s.
