Feature accident in Fine Line

Anyone who has seen it know where I can find the info for this accident?
I'm looking for -
"the one with the helmet cam that made you uneasy"

That was a dramatization. They showed one of the guys reciting his lines in a studio in the extras. It was filmed on Blackcomb on the way up to the Spearhead traverse from what I could tell.

the helmet cam part of it was, but what about the actual avalanche footage?
wasnt there also newspaper clippings?

Looked like the computer editing to me. The news footage was taken from a real accident. Maybe the one in Fernie or Big White. Sadly, there have been quite a few over the last couple of years.

you might be able to get the info from the CAC site or avalanche.org if you know where and what year it was.
I forget which avalanche you are talking about. I saw the Fine Line in late September and there were a few avalanches & survival stories

That does look familiar. I think they edited that stock footage into their story line.
