Damon set to play Armstrong in movie
It seems a Lance Armstrong movie is finally getting off the ground. According to a report on the Star web page, actor Matt Damon is getting in shape to play the six-time Tour champion in an upcoming biopic.

According to the report, Damon is in negotiations to play Armstrong in producer Frank Marshall's new project. Marshall was on hand during the recent Tour.

I am not sure how well a Hollywood actor can convincingly portray a professional cyclist. Example of an actor not doing a good job, Kevin Costner in American Flyers.

I agree, I am not sure that it's a good idea, great story, bad idea for a movie. Unless you can get Robin Williams in the picture and call it "Good Sheryl Humping".
