Unhappy where's my TGR hat and tees?

ordered it a week ago and asked for 2-day shipping because, well, i wanted it RIGHT NOW...but could only afford the 2-day ups option.

ordered it saturday. didn't expect it tuesday (but kept watching for the ups lady). was sorta hoping to get it wednesday, but i wasn't too worked up about it. was disappointed when it didn't come thursday, and sobbed uncontrollably into my pillow when it didn't arrive friday.

what's the dealio? if i'd known it'd take a week+ regardless i wouldn't have sprung the extra 6 bucks for 2-day shipping. i want my shite...and i want it NOW.

all will be forgiven, of course, the second it arrives.

Yeah, he's got a point. Why offer expedited shipping if you can't get your stuff out the door in a week.

Mustonen - this hasn't been a typical problem for us this year. Drop an email with you order # to customerservice@tetongravity.com and let's make sure everything is kosher with the order.

We have a new fulfillment house and they have been very good so far, but we need to know if you are having problems.

I was in the office on Friday and spoke to someone (don't remember his name -- Steve?), and he said hopefully by the end of this week.

Apparently they had a bad burn of the originals and they're having the dupe shop re-do the process.

Owens posted about this elsewhere too, I'm pretty sure.

Thanks for the update. I'll probably see it in NYC too, had a blast last year!

My hoodie isn't here yet. But then again, the chairs aren't running...

Bad service is bullshit. If I have anything to say about it, it won't happen. Sometimes it's tough to help it like if we get screwed by a repro house, all we can do is use a different one next time and deal with the onslaught that comes from the current situation. This is one of those times - our repro house turfs a whole run of High Life and our only customer service person is absolutely overwhelmed.

    hmmmm.

A relaying error indicates that the server is rejecting your mail because it is being bounced from a server other than the originating server -- hotmail sometimes does this. Are you on hotmail?

Try again -- if it fails again, send me your order info and I'll pass it along. master@tetongravity.com

I ordered my hoodie on Oct 6 with 2-5 business day shipping. Now it's Oct 22, and if it doesn't ship today (expedited no, less) I won't be able to wear it at opening. And it matches the New York Yankees hat I was gonna wear in celebration of winning the world series.

I emailed info and customerservice yesterday morning and haven't gotten any response. So, I would like to make a phone call. Number?

    Many thanks...

    Mir

What you talking about? Stacey? Or maybe crossover?

In any case, I got a call from TGR a few minutes ago. I have full confidence that my hoodie will arrive before...well, before anything important happens.
