Is Lance going to be racing? I have checked a number of sites and none of them mention Lance being present for the race.
I'm not the best chess player on the chess team, and I am not the best wrestler on the wrestling team, but at least I am the best wrestler on the chess team, and the best chess player on the wrestling team.

Lance is riding in a TT in Germany on Sunday. Though there should be some good racing in NYC, Fast Freddy is going to be there! Postal is bringing the domestic B squad.

Is the TT one of the races in which the TDF winner historically competes?
If I was the USPS I would give it the ol' "hey Lance, its great that you are kicking butt in Europe. But here's the thing...we don't deliver mail in Europe."
Time to put those marketing dollars to good use in the good ol' US of A.I'm not the best chess player on the chess team, and I am not the best wrestler on the wrestling team, but at least I am the best wrestler on the chess team, and the best chess player on the wrestling team.

Yeah, usually after the Grand Tours the riders will do Criteriums, which it appears are mainly for show. Lance "won" a crit on Wednesday, he beat Robbie McEwan at the line, Robbie won the green jersey at the tour. And I believe this TT has been part of the routine the last couple of years. It's a two man TT, he is riding it this year with George Hincapie. I think once Lance comes back and does the talk shows, etc, we won't see him until the SF race in September.

Rumor has it he's racing in Vail at the end of August.

Unfortunately, the Vail NRC race was cancelled a couple months ago due to lack of big money sponsors, bummer. They might try and give it a go next year.Originally posted by homerjay
