    Boston Mags...

Heading to bean-town in late Setember for a buddy's knot-tying.

Choices for Hotel are, The Langham on Franklin St., or the Wyndam-Boston on Broad - both not cheap.

Any preferences between the two? Fleas? Five Star? Close to Downtown? Any info is appreciated.

    Grassy-ass!

they are two blocks apart, right downtown. looks like the langhams got world class dining. both very close to the waterfront bar area/ quincy market. both are very nice and would be a chunk of change i would imagine.

Wyndham is pretty pimp - my folks stay there everytime they come to visit. Like Bas said though - can't go wrong with either's location. You're about a 5 minute walk from Tia's. mmmmmm, Tia's.

    Thanks for the info.

This 'attending weddings' shit is going to be the end of me.

College peeps, high-school yo's, 'friends' of the family, relatives, Back East freaks, L.A. fucks,....I can't afford another f'ing wedding.

"Oh, and by the way, we're registered at SAKS, NORDSTROM'S AND TIFFANY'S".

Heh! I know what you mean.

This year: 4 weddings - 2 in DC, 1 in NY, 1 in LA
Estimated total cost: (Travel, Hotel, presents) ~$3000!!!

I've been to 15 weddings in the last 5 years! Luckily there's only one friend/family member left who's single.. and he's not getting married anytime soon. He needs anal-cranial separation surgery before he can woo any women.

what about attending the wedding of a friend who's done another friends wife and is now marrying that wife's sister?

It very well could happen you know.

The good thing is that they will probably be registered at Bacardi Superstore, Hair Replacement Club, and Banana Boat Sunscreen Shops.

Seriousy. What you give up in "talent" you make up in drunkenness, which leads to boisterousness, which leads to "talent"...

By the way, I think mb thinks "tia" is a man's name, which explains his zeal.

Why do you have to stay at one of those two? They both are quite expensive - Personally, I wouldn't waste the $$ on the hotel unless they required it - (But then again I am a laid off, unemployed beachbum )
