    Que pasa?

What's up maggots. I just got back from the sunny south of Spain. I was visiting my girlfriend (the exchange student). Now I have a long distance relationship. VERY long distance. 9000 miles.

Anyway, I haven't been here in a while. I'm leaving Seattle again on Monday to start work as a real, live construction worker. I get to lift heavy things for 50 hours a week. And, because I'm not an official, certified construction worker, I make half the money everyone else does. Cool, huh?

It's very obviously summer around here, by the way...

Construction work BLOWS, but not as much as long distance relationships ! Find a desk job and hit on your attractive female co-workers.

La Manga, which is either 5.5 hrs south of Madrid by train with children screaming in Spanish, which I don't speak, or 8.5 hours south of Madrid, overnight, in a bus with small seats, with an old woman in front of you with her seat fully reclined and an old guy next to you who insists on sleeping on you, and when you push him off he yells at you in Spanish. And no one on the bus speaks English.

It's a beautiful place with a great night life and awesome beaches. And Russian Mafia 15 minutes away in Cartagena.
