Men can lactate, but typically only under unusual circumstances such as a pituitary tumor (and one that affects the lactotroph cells of the pit.), hormonal therapy, etc. I don't know what men lactate, but I think it's pretty similar to, if not, sweat.Originally posted by snowsprite
