House open at Mt Snow 3-4 ppl needed

It is 6 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Two Level Upper apartment. Located 5 1/2 miles South of Mount Snow. Sleeps 12. (Dishwasher, Fireplace, Satellite TV) Tenant pays electric, phone, and firewood. Rental includes plowing and cable. It is $9000 for the season, she is asking for it upfront but we have talked to her about paying half of it upfront and the other half month-month. Every bedroom have two beds, it is kind of like "camp style" but its pretty cool. All the beds are full beds, and one twin. The rooms are just very simple and straight forward, nothing fancy. The fireplace is really nice. There is a massive dining room table.

it will be around 300-400 a month depending on how many people want to stay.

Why don't you just do $1000 seasonal shares for 9 or 10 people. That house sounds big enough although the lack of a hot tub would lower the late night drunken hottie hook up factor significantly. I used to be in houses pretty close to that big and we would sell even more shares and it would still only get crowded a few weekends even with pretty liberal guest rules.
