-I didn't think I'd get a written warning at work for spending so much time on a message board conversing with people I've never met.

-I thought it would be more difficult to figure out who a maggot is until I had to pick up Sponsoredbyductape at the SLC airport without ever having met him.

-I didn't think that I would ever be telling stories to my friends at home about killing Alta that started with things like "yeah, I did a few runs on wildcat with barnballs and I.....never mind."

-I also thought I might actually learn people's names...ah...reality based names, but instead found out that all the Utards, who know eachother well and rip all the time, refer to eachother by their digital projection of their mental self...names.

-I never tought I could rely on planning ski vacations around, "who from the internet lives in XYZ so I can crash on their couch, having never met them, but knowing I will roll into town with beers and whiskey and that's good enough."

Never thought you all would embrace some snowboarder dude from Utah. I was told by many that I would be crapped on hardcore.

Really never was the case and I have found some of the worlds nicest people here (plus they love snow sports to a level we all know well).
