Fair labor rates?

I've never asked the guests in my own store this question but...

What would you folks consider a fair labor rate for a bike shop to charge?

$40 to $60 CND / hour

tools still cost a bunch and skilled labour is hard to find.

Brake bleed $15

wheel build $35

rim replacement $25

If we touch a tool to fix your bike $5 starting (unless you are really cute, or feed us)
