Has anyone tried the Casio EX-F1 yet?

    http://exilim.casio.com/browse_camer...lim_pro/EX-F1/

60 FPS in 6 Megapixals adn HD Camcorder, I am wondering if this is the camera for me to take ski shots. I am asking as a JONG not wanting to take the next cover shot of Powder but sick of missing shots. I also like the idea of a video option. It would have to be mostly automatic as I am not very camera savvy. Basically think of me as a poor rifleman asking if I am better off with a minigun 'cause I ain't going to hit shit with a sniper rifle.

One of the guys at work bought one, he was thinking about taking it back, but decided to keep it. Some of the slow-mo videos that he shot are pretty cool. I keep telling him that he should slow-mo his gf doing nude jumping jacks...Maybe he has and just doesn't want to share.

My problem with the EX-F1 is that the slow motion videos are smaller then Standard-Def, if it shot full size NTSC or HD I would think about getting one.

StuntCok, it's not the smallest camera so it might be a hassle to carry while skiing. I've had good luck with the Canon Powershots SD models for small pocket cameras, it's what I've carried whenever we've gone skiing. I've had a Powershot SD400 and now carry a Powershot SD800. They're no comparison to my good Canon 40D, but they fit in a pocket and do a pretty good job for that they are.

If anyone has one in the seattle area I have a project that could get you some ski benefits.
