Lonely Creeks and Mixed Blessings: A TR

Yes, it is a horrible take off of a John Prine album, but, it seems good enough for this TR, with it's lack of fish pictures. All I can do is some scenics. I went into the Beartooths early last week, partly for a fishing trip, partly to find signs of four kayakers who were, in theory, missing in the Box of the Clark's Fork. The SAR plane wound up finding them, and there were no problems, just a little bit of miscommunication, on everyone's end. Happy ending, anyway, as they came out ok a day later. While up there, I decided Crandall creek would be a fine place to go, being as how very few people actually fish there. Turns out, I was right. If I would have been thinking, I would have got some pictures of that, but, I did not. What follows are some pictures of the Clark's Fork. After a bit of time in Crandall, I decided to head up towards state line, and get some good clear water sight fishing in. Sweet tastiness.

I'll be up there tomorrow, as well.
