have a duplex with two spots open right now. It is a two bedroom 1.5 bath with a big loft area.
Right now we have one guy in the loft and the two rooms filled. But as of tomorrow! they are both gone. Trying to get at least one roomate and that would make the rent $400 a month.
Then if we had somebody in the loft it would make it 275$ for the two new roomates and the same price I am paying currently.
Its a newer duplex with a garage and little grass area.
I drink every so often but dont party or do any drugs. Hit me up and we can work out a deal.
