Today was just the checkup and shots. I’m not leaving for another 10 days. When I drop her off on my way out of town I will be sure to include her catnip toys. Thanks for the reminder.

She was really docile at the vet. GG has been to this vet several times before. She did hiss when she got the shots though. They just started boarding cats, so GG will be one of their first residents.

Vet says she has lost a little over 25 percent of her body weight. Last time he saw her she was a fatty.

This friendly and handsome guy showed up at my house a couple days ago. We tried to find his owners for two days, but no luck. Dropped him off at the animal shelter earlier today. I know it's the best for him, but so sad to leave him there. I know he'll have a loving home.

Damn, solid work, I thought she looked pretty fit in those last pics compared to the first ones of her at your mom's.

Not trying to guilt you but I think he had decided your house was now his... Risky business going against the wishes of a cat.

Aww man that’s a good looking kitty. I want to win the lottery and then retire and just look after cats like this one.

Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

Wow, your cats really went to town! Did you use a needle felting tool or just scissors?

It does seem potent. It grows wild all over my farm. I do not cultivate it at all. Plants are very vigorous.

It sat in Grandma's kitchen when I was growing up. I think it's from the 50's or 60's?

Some great pics on this page.

We had braised beef ribs last night. After eating, at some point before cleaning this little criminal grabbed a meaty bone off of the countertop. Didn't realize until the next morning.

    Very proud.

Why would they when they have perfectly willing slaves taking care of their every need?

O, silly me, that was that cats line. So no, we are to compliant.
