This morning around 5am as I and my three cats are all asleep on the bed my fluffy orange male Milo woke up and decided he wanted out so he starts meowing loudly in my face. I try to placate him by reaching up and scratching his cheeks which he likes but he keeps insisting I get up and let him out.

Cue his sister Meghan.

Meghan, apparently annoyed that her brother is making a racket and waking us all up, lunges at him and bitch slaps him across the face with one swipe.

Didn't hear another peep out of Milo and we all went back to sleep.

I could use some help like that with hidey cat on weekends. She still doesn’t seem to get that there’s two days a week that Food ain’t gonna be coming at 5:30 AM.

Kitty came purring nuzzling me at 5am like usual. What wasn’t usual was her head was soaking wet. Only cause I can figure is she slipped checking out a toilet? Her usual watering spots seemed undisturbed. This cat and her love of water just confounds me. And a bit gross this morning. Time to tell the other females of the house to keep the lid down - Ha!

I am waiting for one of the younger cats to fall in the toilet, as we keep the lid up to discourage them from shredding the TP and unwinding the roll (the little fuckers).
