Sorry for the late notice, but the inaugural Thursday Evening Skegg's Crash and Burn League will be held at Skegg's.

Meeting is the Skegg's point parking lot at 6:30

So far there's me and Spats. All welcome.

More of you slackers need to come follow SP through Skeggs. Quality singletrack with plenty of technical entertainment, some of which I failed (but not spectacularly).

We should do a Marin/Peninsula exchange program. freshies and onehotchili come down to Skeggs, then next time we go up to Marin.

Good times Spats! You saw the "best of" Skegg's in 2 hours. That's my favorite after-work loop. The best thing about it is that you can do it after chugging a pint of water, and that i you breakdown you're never more than a couple miles from the trailhead.

There's another DH blast section, fun but not as fun as the one we hit yesterday.

I'm down for the Marin exchange. last time i went there I didn't know where the cool stuff was.

heh - TESCaBL! I love it. I'm in.

I'm riding on Sunday and I'm pretty sure I can ride next Thursday if you're back at Skegg's. Just keep in mind, it's gonna take a bit more than 2 hours with me in tow after not riding for a while. But I'm down for it, for sure. I'll check the date and post back...

did you guys do Manzanita (which, in our house, is known as Jackhammer for obvious reasons....)

Yep! Manzanita is the warm up run. I miss doing that on a hardtail.... There's also the small uphill section on jackhammer that's a bitch. I think I've only ever made it up that once. Always end up walking the last 20 feet. Ever make it up that?

Not sure what weekend plans are yet, but if I'm around Sunday I'll call or post here

I almost had that sucker last year, and then my chain broke on the way up. That's one thing I won't miss about my old bike. The drivetrain was awful.

We'll just have to go down there sometime to show them how it's really done. Though, come to think of it, Spats is pretty good at the crash and bail part (and MD is a master).
