Shane has done a kick ass job with the WhiteWaterInstruction site. They've also got some more in depth DVD instructionals that I'll be interested to check out. Comes free with an LVM subscription, or I'm sure you can get em separately.

Anyway, I'll add our own blog to this list (in addition to the other thread):

Taking booty tequilas from that Kootenai creek swim? Stout.

Hey, do you know whats going on with that new guidebook to North America they were supposed to be coming out with in '08(it said on the website)? Didn't know if you him personally or what.

All my guidebooks are getting wore out...and i need more stoke in my life.

I think they were shooting for this spring, but I'm not sure. Leland and Andria both post on Boatertalk regularly if you want the latest news.

And yeah, I know them both pretty well. Our dogs are good buddies and the river gypsies van can regularly be seen in our driveway in the spring/summer. And as you maybe figured out, that's me in the Kootenai TR and also the Smith Creek TR. Interestingly, at least one other semi-obscure run we did this summer never made it onto the website.

Word, yeah I remember you posting that link from Koot Creek so figured you sorta knew them at least. They got some great inspirado on that site. I'll have to go back and look at the Smith Creek.

Looking forward to that new book! A guide to North America...that's what i'm talkin about.
