    If you have a powerful steam iron, use it to "heat" the corn tortillas.

    can't you just wrap them in aluminum foil and put in the oven or on grill?

    sure you can, but those techniques tend to dry the tortillas out.

    great party ( pics to come?!?!)

    went simple baja, beer & flour make batter ( with some chipolte hot sauce)
    fry, corn tortillas, cabbage & yogurt sourcream cilantro white sauce tomatoes cheese & limes.
    people loved em

    b-day girl's bf is a bookie so his phone went nuts @ 1/2 time & end of game
    that was funny

    beer->champagne-> wine-> tequila-> captain-> beer 2am walk home from the bar makes a hard morning

    Used Halibut & they were damn yummy

    no iron, but a wet paper towel in the Aluminum foil inthe oven worked great
