    This got me thinking, why do the creeks/rivers that flow out of the LCC and BCC not have more water? It would seem that with all that snow those things should rage and be great for kayaking, but I don't think thats the case?

    Do the skiers have the say on who get to use the snowmelt?

    I think the drainage areas are just too small.

    Because it's been cold lately, and the flows are down. Believe me, they rage huge, just aren't right now.

    Plus, the first shot was at 7,500ft, way up high where it's still locked in snow primarily.

    Yep, I believe they get paddled when the flows are right.
