Sometimes I want to give up on society.

I am so ready to live out of my my ca,r surf and skate in the summer, and ski in the winter. Screw my responsibilities or societal needs!
I want things to be simple and easy.

I hear ya. I've often thought of this...too often...just give it all up for a while. Then, I accrued school and car loans. Not cool.

    Someday, though, it will happen.

Whatever your situation is, sts, hope it works out. Keep on keepin' on, and you'll be living your dream of simplicity.

Personally, for me, it starts with all the junk in my room that I need to throw out.

It's been done by others. Usually quite successfully. Where's easyrydr's thread? throwing away the junk is pretty easy, once you're properly motivated.

Redskea's been living in her van all summer, with her dog. she seems to be liking it.

Last year, the two of us lived together in the back of her truck. (and the dog too)

    Best time of my life.

Anyone seen or heard from sandytheskier lately? I wonder if she gave it up.

I doubt the dog can say the same.

    It's a talking dog, right?
