This is why I should check this part of the forum more often....
Kid A flat out rules. The entire album is crazy. There are five or six songs on that album that achieve classic status, in my oppinion.
I think the real strength of the album is how the songs come off live. Idiotique is off the hook in a live setting. As are songs like The National Anthem, Morning Bell etc.
DM - I can totally relate to the 'pure mania' statement. I have gotten this way with almost all of Radiohead's albums. The only one that has not had me in that state has been the Bends.
