    Any one a Heloc broker

    I am a underwriters wet dream, anyone here able to get me prime minus .5 or 1?
    Super high credit and geeat debt to equity ratios.

    no scam, just need a heloc and know i am an easy customer, I got wells down to prime minus .50%. I think I should qualify for lower, like -.75% or -1%

    I sell money for a living and these HELOC's your talking about are getting harder to fund. Many Banks because of falling housing prices have frozen HELOC's..... Washington Mutual had closing fee's of $500 most Broker's will cost you much more than that........ try a credit union 1st.
    Home Equity Line Of Credit.....If you own in a declining market area it may be tough. If you have the equity use it well.
