    Dear kidwoo

I know you're busy bettering your bed head and neck beard, but can you do us all a kindness and fill us in with the sickter mcrickter footage of what you've been doing the past couple weekends?

I've been spreading the anti zionist message in all of god's lands (the real god).....starting on local singletrack first.

I was skiing here this past weekend.

And then I've literally been doing nothing else but working on this place every previous weekend for the last 2 months.

We're almost done. Got a little bit of footage but nothing worth piecing together yet. I'm workin on it. I haven't been on a bike for more than 20 minutes since we started that spot. Once it's done, it's all cameras

    Is that Wheeler?

Also, why does my Turner ride better than my Uzzi?

Nevada wheeler, not the CO version.

Wheeler is the big rock face on the right, Jeff Davis peak is the more prominent one with the gullys on the left. I had a day on each.

If you mean your sultan, then it rides better because you sit on your ass the whole time.

Which I would too if I had a 29er since I can't steer it anyway.

You've got those big dumb comp32s on your uzzi right?

We have a Wheeler trail in CO, not a wheeler peak (I figured it was the NV version).

Yes, my Sultan is currently slaying my Uzzi and I'm desperate need of new rubber that is not those dumb comp32 2.8s.

But still, my pansy meadow skippy bike should not be riding better than my Uzzi which feels twitchy, undergunned, and small.

I'm a huge fan of 24/24 f/r combo. Running front/rear backwards and cut.

Maybe you're just getting used to the locomotive like rolling power of 29s.

Remember how much shit I talk about 29ers not being nimble? There ya go. That's now your standard by which other bikes are measured.

Take those dumb tires off though. That will actually make your uzzi more twitchy, you'll give up on it, sell it, then become a raging 29er nutjob that laughs and points at everyone else's bike while screaming "kiddie wheels!!" Then you'll lose all your friends, move to california where you are among your peers, and bask in the shadow of mt tam while coming up with the name of your emerging handmade frame company that curses out people on the phone when they ask if they can get a bike made for 26" wheels.

I think I'm running the 24 in the rear. Its a 2.5, no?

I was going to just be like everyone else and put 2.5 (or maybe a 2.7 up front) Minions on there.

That bike and I are just not jiving right now and it bums me out because it pedals so well for a bike of that size.

Don't expect em to last long. Do expect them to hook up really well.
