COOL SUMMER TRIP

HEy people,
So i was wondering if any of you had any sugggestions on where i could take week long trip with myself and my girlfriend. We live in Boulder Co, and are going to go in the first week og july.
I was thinking either the Wind rivers/ tetons or go down to the Hemense range in new mexico.
Do any of you know any cool spots near or in colorado or the surronding states.
