    Sick Vid (NSR) Climbing 14d

Huge file. 196mb. 9 minutes. Cool porno tunes.

Crazy Czech on a 9a (14d). Virtual Primate.

Now that the ski season is over for me, this pursuit will once again take over my life until November.

    Thumbs up

Holy crap, that was amazing. The way he used his feet was unbelivable, especially hanging upside down from the top of his feet. Awesome find trackhead.

    WOW!!!

The way that guy climbs is so smooth. I could almost see the line he was going to take from his body movements(chalk marks might have helped too). The coupling of proper hand and footholds and balance is beautiful to watch. He almost made it look easy(yeah right).

Damn... it looked like a movie trick with an upside-down room and upside-down camera. Somebody get that man a spider suit.

Here are two others for your viewing pleasure...

Steve McClure on ElderStatesman. One of the "last great problems". (how many of those are there anyway?) Short and hard (5.14). With funny commentary and good beta, should you ever find yourself in the area.

And Ramón Julián on La Rambla Direct, 5.15a.

Watched the whole thing, thats some damn good climbing! Talk about endurance too.

edit: speaking of which can anyone find a video of someone free soloing (without ropes). I remember when I was younger I watched a VHS of this dude all alone, no ropes climbing to huuuuge heights. I can't remember the name...

One fellow is Alain Robert ("The French Spiderman"). As his nickname suggests he does a fair bit of self promotion and these days mostly free-solos buildings in big cities. Here's a vid (real player) of him climbing in the Verdun Gorge.

that was wild. Fuckin rediculous, he moved like his body was featherweight, I am amazed. Imagine the feeling of getting to the top of something like that and giving your arms a break. Incredible
