Aight, been planning to do this for a while, just couldn't quite figure out when. Seeing as how, from May-July, I will have a) finished my Masters degree, b) mostly completed my ACL rehab, and c) completed my Extreme Makeover-style kitchen and family room remodel, it's time to celebrate.
All mags are welcome. I don't have any extra beds, but I have a decent amount of floor space, so anyone that wants to come down from PA, NY, Bahston, Tahoe, wherever, you can crash there for the night. Maybe another local mag can offer up additional space in the general area.
Plans at this point are for the normal BBQ fare, probably a bushel of Chesapeake Bay blue crabs (crap, that's gonna be pricey), ski/bike/surf movies projected on an outside wall of my house (aside - where can I rent a projector w/ DVD hookup?), and a special variation on the ice luge concept that is in the planning stages. I might do some kind of tropical theme, too, what with all my banana trees and tiki torches.
Only request is to make sure the renovation still looks new after this is over, so no crackhouse-type stuff. Sorry, I should have had one when I started the renovation

Colleg Park, Maryland, I think. About ten miles north of the District, maybe twenty miles south of the Baltimore airport (BWI), cheap direct flights to Baltimore from SLC on Southwest. The O's have home games against texas and toronto on the 7th and 21st respectively. O's game then late bbq maybe? Game time is 430, stadium is 30-40 minutes from college park.
