Is there any way to ignore a whole thread?

I looked for it but did not find any way to ignore a thread with this forum software.

If it isn't possible now, could you put it on the list to enable in an upgrade?

    Thanks.

A better solution is to ban all the morons that start multiple worthless threads a day.

I think jer and nathan explosion can stay, but we should limit their posts to two a day or something.

The easiest way I've found to ignore a thread is don't open it. Results may vary.

^ I call BS on that one, Conundrum.

    No way, no how.

It is pretty fucking amazing that everybody has a better answer. Obviously you are having issues with your own advice of just staying the hell out of threads you have nothing to add to.

I don't want threads to even show up if I don't want to read them. It can be done elsewhere so why can't I ask about it and/or put it on the wish list here?

    Your answer:
No way to do it currently, and I seriously doubt it will change.

So.. You're saying that you'd like, TGR to be mind readers so you don't have to see threads that, you don't want to read? Is my reading comprehension up to speed?

Is it always sunny and titty-deep-blower where you live?

I actually think hes asking for a button that will hide a thread from view no matter how often it gets bumped. Ie keep more stoke on the front page and less bullshit trolling that gets bumped by morons.
Don't get what you all are bitching about- sounds like a useful feature to me. (Assuming its possible, which it may not be)

There is an ignore function here at TGR that already takes care of the problem - it's called "don't click on the thread".

It's totally mystifying to me how people like wanderin* manage to make it through day-to-day exsistence in the real world without ending up in a psych ward. Lighten up, Francis.
