I disagree entirely. I will be voting for Obama (most likely). However, I would never vote for Obama with Hillary on the ticket. She is a dirty snake, and Obama would only be proving himself to be just as dirty to have her on the ticket.

...and as I've always said: as goes doughboyshredder, so goes the nation.

dbs = male chauvenist pig. Nice Garden of Eden reference, BTW. Eve/women = dirty and bad. Snake = Satan (and bad). I thought this was the 21st century.

Perhaps before spouting rhetoric, you should know who you are applying your short sighted template to. Your shit is weak.

Anyone who believes that McCain might actually win the general because of these so called 'rural voters' needs to read this: http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2008/...rnout-and.html

This guy NAILS the primary results far far better than any of the pollsters, all by using demographics and statistics. It's pretty cool.

If that means that I noticed that you jumped instantly into tired rhetoric at the mention of Obama, based on an ill-founded assumption, then yes.

funny both of your quoted sources are mydd.com...the last pro-hilary bastion of democratic blogging left on the net.

Obama picking HRC as his vp would be shooting himself in the foot...she is the opposite of the kind of politics he represents. and his strong grass roots support would take that as a slap in the face.

so jer-bear, are we on? you've called out a couple of the other "librodouches" on the board but seem to have missed my response.

you dont have to leave once you've lost (I dont want to take away your already limited social exposure). Just put something like "I've been proven a douchebag by Math" in your sig for a couple months and I'll be happy. If McCain somehow wins I'll put "I've been proven to be a certified librodouche by Jer" in my sig for a couple months.

Fair? game on? or are you having second thoughts already.

Obama will have a tougher time with the rural vote than Clinton would have, but I don't necessarily think that it will do in his presidential bid, especially if he picks a Strickland/ Bayh type as his vp.

Really? please elaborate. Her policy positions are all just as progressive, and in some cases more so, than Obama's. Don't let your distaste for a person blind you to reason.

Shit - that's not much of a bet. I'll put that in my sig right now if you'd like. Plus, you pretty much are a certified librodouche - I don't see how putting that in your sig changes anything. I'd much rather go all in. I'm all for the wager, but let's agree on stakes that actually mean something.

Root - if you're so confidant, why don't you get in on this bet?

Well by self-consumed, you must mean self-possessed, and by moron I can tell you mean your intellectual superior you are intimidated by.

You assumed that I was somehow moved by Obama's I'm a rockstar campaign. When I point out the truth that I am anything but easily lured into support of political candidates, you jumped again to depreciative characterization.

You behave like a juvenile without a sign of maturity of mind, nor a hint of wit. Clue for you junior, you are out of your depth, grow some wisdom through real life experience (not reading internet blogs or watching TV) and once you grow into an man, come back and we'll have a conversation of consequence.

    Voted for Bush, didn't you?

Don't look into his eyes, man - he'll hip-mo-tyze ya.

I believe him about Obama tho. He doesn't dig politicians. Look what he did to the Czar.

Did you read the dudes question? Then you have no frame of referernce. You're like a child who wanders into the middle of a movie and wants to know...

I read the dudes question. I did not think it deserved a response. Frame of reference, ooo, I am glad you had a little physics.

So what stakes mean something? with as many aliases that are on this board, betting with the stakes of someone "leaving" doesnt carry much weight.

BO will win, thats a given.

The bush family will have him assassinated. That's something a buddy (and partial whack-job) has speculated. He reckons that Bush and the guys behind the scenes have made a shit load of progress into establishing a base in the middle east and establishing a world government etc etc etc. They wont tolerate BO in the way.

Funny you should mention that, as I am worried about B.O. safety also.
Figured if having a VP like Cheny kept Bush alive, then B.O. needs someone people don't want as head of state, yet brings strength to the ticket.
    Paging Colin Powell.
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

Apparently I gave you too much credit. Did you vote for Bush twice, or were you too young to vote?
