By the way, did a comparison of La Verdad vs El Pelon the last 2 nights. Both very good, miiight give the nod to El Pelon. Though it seemed the tortillas are really really thin, but the sauce they used made up for it.

only time I;ve EVER gotten "shut off" at Redbones was when I had a ton of "scrip" ( half price vouchers thru the Phoenix). If you remember Patrick the bartender, he was like...."dude, sorry....you're hammered. You should just head home."
He was right, we had a good laugh the next time I saw him. Luckily, I lived a 15 minute stumble outside Davis Sq back then.
Redbones has so much awesome beer, I was determined to try one of each...twice.
