More fucked up than a cricket in a hubcap
The bushwhack up through wild basin was easy, we stayed high close to some steep slopes and made steady but slow progress up the valley. The bushwhack down was a different story, but that's because we got sucked down too low. Damn you gravity, you've won this round!
The snow was quite supportive of us, encouraging even, all the way to the snow line, aided a great deal no doubt by the very cold overnight temperatures.
