    Hurricane, UT

    Any good suggestions for free camping(BLM etc...)

    Headed down there this weekend for the first time, any ride suggestions would be appreciated too.

    No advice except make sure you refer to it as "Hurken." That is how they say it.

    Camp on Gooseberry mesa or Little creek Mesa.
    Period.
    You will figure out the rest from there.

    Gooseberry is alright...more fun is driving south to St. George for 15 minutes and riding Bearclaw Poppy trail.
    "JONG!!!!!" is the sound a lift tower makes when a gaper runs into it.

    you'll probably still want to camp at gooseberry either way
