You aint alone! Raining all morning here in the Sierras. If anyone is braveing the slopes here, thet better have their trash bag handy. First time I saw people skiing in trash bags was up at Stephens Pass. WET

I couldn't belive it when I read In The Path Of An Avalanche by some author whom I can't seem to remember and she had spelled it Stephens Pass as well. Who the hell edits these books nowadays? anyway, it's a sad story about the '98 Avalance at Silver Spray cabin in the Kootenay's north of Nelson, relatively poorly written story with some redeeming technical aspects...
The snow level here is teetering on pissing me off too. Still a slight chance for some decent accumilation above 5500 feet though.
