    Want to be famous?

Ok so you might not be famous because of this but you will be published, well published on the site. So I have this site that Im putting together and Im looking for some good articles/stories with pictures or just articles about the mountain. Skiing, boarding, drinking, monoboarding, tele, no ski blades (sorry not that kind of site). But yeah take a look and you will get an idea. bigmountainproject.com Im sad to say that its just for the love of things and I can't offer you any money but you can brag to you friends about the sweet story you wrote. think about it....... If you want me to put some banner stuff on the site for you or contact info that people can get a hold of you if they like your stuff in exchange. I would be more than happy to do that.

    An update...
So just to clarify what this site is all about, because i think that this is being taken the wrong way. I don't turn a profit on the site and it isn't some business venture that i hatched up. I am just one person that really really really likes the mountain and decided to put a little site together in my free time. yes its costs me money to host it... no one is paying me for it. If you are writing a story just to earn some money that's great but hey, send it to powder maybe they might like it. I just thought it would be great to create a "free" place for like minded people to share their interests. But hey if you want to call names and feel that something is only worth doing if you get paid for it thats cool too i guess.

Are you looking for skiers who slay, kill, or shred? I slay the mountain but don't always kill it, and never ever shred. Would that be OK?
    Killer pic though.

Looking for all kinds. Most of the stuff that is up now is just all things that me and some friends have gathered. If you have something that you want to post just send it my way and ill take a look. That is a sweet shot of CR isnt it though. I cant take credit though it was just one that he said i could use. That guy sick and all the stuff that he has been through in the last couple years makes it even more impressive. nice guy too.

This is a community, not a random website. Hang out for a while and contribute something before you ask us to build out your site for you.

There's 4 or 5 of the same posts every year, and they all get the same reception, so if you think you're being treated unfairly, you're not, Jong.

Some advice so we take you more seriously-

1- there's too much text equaling personal communication between your site's interface and the viewer. Viewers don't want the site telling them what to do. Get rid of the "check out..." and the "take a look..." stuff. Stop telling us what to do.

2- also, get rid of your banners. I closed your site just due to the flashing screensaver bs. Actually, get rid of any automatic video/animations. I also hate TGR's front page and never look at it. That shit gives me a headache.

3- stick to one font. You have arial, comic sans, and courier all confusing the shit out of me.

4- finish university. You haven't learned how to write yet. Then again, this is ski-porn... so stop talking.
